Welcome to OneTab Media Network ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, music distribution services, and YouTube CMS tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, uploading music, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have legal parental consent) and agree to these terms legally.

2. Music Distribution & Rights

Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your copyrights. You are only granting OneTab Media Network a non-exclusive license to distribute your music to digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
Authorization: You confirm that you own or control all rights to the music, artwork, and metadata you upload.
Prohibited Content: We do not distribute hate speech, stolen content, or audio that violates third-party copyrights.

3. Royalties & Payouts

We will collect royalties on your behalf from stores and platforms. Payouts are processed monthly/quarterly based on the reports received from DSPs. You are responsible for providing valid payment details (Bank/PayPal).

4. YouTube CMS & Content ID

If you opt-in for YouTube Content ID, you grant us the right to claim and monetize videos using your audio on your behalf. We are not responsible for claims made on your own channel if not whitelisted properly.

5. Termination

OneTab Media reserves the right to terminate your account if you are found engaging in fraudulent streaming, copyright infringement, or violating these terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nadia, West Bengal, India.
